Maharishi Yagya introduces new life-supportive influences to counteract the impact of potential negative consequences of past actions before they fully develop and interfere with progress and happiness in our life.

Through Maharishi Jyotish, the science of prediction, the timing and quality of upcoming trends is determined. But some influence could change that destiny—this is Maharishi Yagya, the technology of transformation.

Maharishi gave an analogy to understand what happens. An arrow shot from a bow is on its way to hit the target. What can be done? If some wind could come and blow the arrow off its path, then the arrow would miss its mark.

We could say that Maharishi Jyotish describes the trends and prescribes the remedial action to counteract the influences of past mistakes. Maharishi Yagya corrects these trends and protects us from their unfavourable effects by averting the danger before it arises.

Maharishi Yagyas are technologies of consciousness which can create an influence from the level of the Unified Field of Natural Law—that field of infinite correlation of Nature’s creativity and intelligence at the basis of all time and space—which gives rise to and administers all manifest creation.

The Unified Field is that field where the Vedic technologies of consciousness operate, including the Maharishi Yagya program. It is the most powerful level of Natural Law—ten million, million, million times more powerful than the nuclear level—and it is a field of peace and unity.

At the beginning of the Maharishi Yagya performance, the Vedic Pandits state the person’s name for whom the Yagya is being performed as well as certain information about him or her, such as date of birth and some details of the birth chart which identify the recipient.

Also, the Sankalpa or intention of the Yagya is stated. This makes it clear to the Laws of Nature for whom the Yagya is being performed and for what purpose.

The Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programs enliven more of our brain physiology and clear the nervous system of stress and strain allowing us to more effectively and creatively deal with influences from our environment—family, friends, business, and community. Clearer thinking prevents us from making mistakes in the present and future.

On the other hand, the Maharishi Yagya program is unique in its ability to protect us from any negative influence—such as illness, accident, misfortune—that may be coming from our past actions. Maharishi Yagya is the primary Vedic technology for undoing mistakes of the past, for reversing any wrongdoing from that may manifest in our life in any area.

Maharishi Yagyas can also help us to take advantage of favorable periods in our life and bring good fortune—support of Natural Law—for greater success, harmony and fulfillment in life.

The best time is now! Maharishi Yagya performances are for prevention. People sometimes wait until a crisis has begun—and Maharishi Yagya performances can still help by organizing Nature’s support in the midst of a bad situation. But it is far better to avoid the problem before it comes.

There is a Sanskrit phrase which captures the essence of the Maharishi Yagya program: heyam duhkham anagatam—”avert the danger before it arises.” It’s an old story: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Every person should know his destiny and be able to address it through the Maharishi Yagya program.

It is ideal to have Maharishi Yagya performances on a regular basis. It is recommended to have your birth chart reviewed and then schedule the recommended Maharishi Yagya performances at least once a year. In this way the recommended Maharishi Yagya performances can be made before a new cycle of time begins or a planetary transit occurs, to ensure a smooth relationship with the Grahas and continued Support of Nature.

The length will depend on what kind of Yagya is being sponsored. Graha Shanti and Special Purpose Maharishi Yagays will vary from a few days to more than a week depending on the level of sponsorship support.

The Special Occasion Yagyas are performed in one day. Birthday, Wedding and Wedding Anniversary Yagyas are performed on the auspicious day of the event. A Maharishi Yagya for a newborn child is performed 40 days after the birth.

The difference between the different sponsorship levels is that more Maharishi Vedic Pandits are added at each higher-level Yagya, making them significantly more powerful.

Fulfillment of desire will depend on many things—on the nature of the desire, on how much support is seen in the birth chart, and whether this is a favorable time for fulfilling that desire, and the strength of the Maharishi Yagya performance. It could be that it happens very quickly or it could take some weeks or months.

Individual action is also an important aspect of fulfilling desires. An opportunity may come due to the Maharishi Yagya performance, but you have to take action—you have to take advantage of it.

Payments for Maharishi Jyotish Program services are not considered donations.

Contributions to support the Maharishi Vedic Pandits through the performance of Maharishi Yagyas are considered donations and donors will receive a formal letter of receipt from the organization that processes the donation.
